Telkom ******* and utterly useless
A -5 if the option was there! Telkom are *******, do NOT use them! No internet for over 3 days now, logged fault completely ignored! 2 separate 2 hour long calls to Telkom, both unable to resolve the issue and both promising to call me back... guess what... NOTHING!!! So who pays for the phone call costs and lost revenue from not being able to work??? Fix my line or refund me you utterly *********** company *******!!

I pay you for a service and you are not delivering = *****! You WILL also reimburse me for all the extra costs I have incurred as well as loss if income.
