<p>My phone is ********** 131 Complaint about overcharge by Telkom This is happening for 6th time, and when I phone Telkom to complain about this, they refer me to a private company who did this and billed me without me signing for their services and I had to phone them several times without any success. Finally after 3 months battle, they reversed the charges, but this month again they charged me for it without me subscribing. - Directory entries Web 2050 Mobile Ad Network ********** 054955 01 of 01 payments R399.00 for which I never subscribed. After months of battle they reversed it, but now again they started the same. This is disgusting! This is contrary to any law and the worst part is that when I phone Telkom and ask them to reverse the charges they said that they have nothing to do with it, and I had to phone some private company! How come that on my Telkom invoice I receive some other company's bills for which I never subscribed and why Telkom allow 3rd party to interfere between my relationship with them?</p> <p> </p> <p>Please TELKOM, DO NOT REPLY WITH YOUR COPY PASTE ANSWERS BUT DO YOUR JOB and do not allow this to happen - do you see how many people on hellopeter complain about your incompetence regarding attaching a charges for which we do not subscribe? DO not say we will escalate the matter because you do not. YOu must not be allowed to rip us off. Hope you will die begging to understand what it means to ripp of people from hard earned money!</p>
