Telkom *******...

I'm so ****ed at this company its not even funny anymore, on the 29 November 2021 i called Telkom and spoke to Steven Maobane(not sure of the spelling) in which i advised him i wanted to terminate my contract with Telkom as the 60 gigs i was getting is not enough, Steven recommended 80 gigs day and 80 gigs nights which was a special for R199 mind you at that time i was paying 249 for 60 gigs day and 60 gigs night, i agreed to 80 gigs day and 80 gigs nights for R199 and that has been my contract since November I'm now seeing my data get depleted from last which is something that has never happened to me since iv been with Telkom i even bought data out of pocket for about R400 if I'm not mistaken, i call the retentions department today at 9.30 and spoke to Phumlani Mashinin who put me on hold for plus minus 15 minutes saying that his pc is not opening my file i than requested for his manager whom he didn't provide obviously but all of sudden he started helping me, we argued about ,my package for quite some time him insisting that im on 40 gigs day and 40 gigs night i told him that was my first package with Telkom im now on 80 gigs day and 80 gigs night hence I'm calling because i can see on my app that the data provided is not what was promised to me and what i am paying for reference number for my call in November 2021 is ***A which also indicates on it that he(Steven) tried to put the 80 gigs but didn't somehow, i have been paying for services that have not been rendered to me since November 2021, that is 10 months... Phumlani that i spoke to today didn't want to escalate my enquiry he said he will send his manager an email for him to call me(i'm still waiting) is disgusting that we as clients are made to be lies when calling the call center or we are being taken for idiots whom do not know about data packages and pricings Phumlani wants me to take out another contract which will bind me for another two years on the package i was supposed to be on since November 2021 *** is wrong with you people... Sort this mess out before we all end up by the ombudsman...
