Phone sent in under warranty for a small repair - instead I'm quoted more than the phone is worth for damage which was nonexistant before taking it in.

Every monthly payment has been done on time, but instead of helping to fix the issue, I've been ignored, and sent a quote, and an arbitrary amount to pay for seemingly nothing.

If the issue is not fixed, I will be cancelling my contract, and paying nothing more.
