Telkom *******

BEWARE: Any people want to take on a new cellphone contract with Telkom. When you first get hold of them to give all your details to get the contract...they inform you that they will debit 2/3mnths of the contract amount as a test debit order, and they then advise you that this will be refunded after the phone is delivered. BUT This did not happen. After 1 month i queried, i was advised to wait 3 months then it be refunded. After 3 months, kept being to told query was sent to billing dept And i have been querying ever since...almost every day worrying them via a 30min wait on the phone, via email corespondence...even have a reference number # ********** 7 to prove it, but the truth is Telkom Mobile simply isnt bothered. This is **************** of which they should never have taken my money in the first place. So all new Would be Telkom users...beware before you sign up or think of signing up to a Telkom Mobile Contract.
