I logged a case of 500mb that dissapeard from my account in 1h49 minutes. A month later i ordered 2 g of data that dissapeard from my account in 1h49. I was talking to Santine for 1h10 minutes stating my exact problem in detail! The call was cut after 1h13 minutes while she spoke to her team leader to resolve. No call back! Telkom how do you do this u ***** 2.5 gig of data from a customer? You're excuse you couldnt get hold of me after the 1st complaint!! I have an vodacom itemised billing account no calls from Telkom. Whats nexts consumer board, lawyers? Is that my only recluse???
