Telkom thievery

I've had a sim contract with telkom for some time now and their network are extremely bad. It's been a few days now that I've been without any connection. I've called their customer care line multiple times with no solution to the issue. How can I pay for something I'm not receiving...it's pure nonsense, and thievery from their side. At the end of the day I have to make use of a different network...I would never recommend telkom to anyone.
