Telkom *****'s *****ing all my airtime!

They stole my money R255 of airtime that were successfully loaded from my bank but Telkom shows that I have R0 I loaded then a R12 again which they show i have but my R255 is still missing and I have proof from my bank that i sent it to the correct number and it were successful!!
