Telkom *****s! Enjoy *****ing my money

I don't understand how can telkom charge a R200 return debit order fee, with other networks is less than R50. My monthly payment is R499 it returned last month only for them to debit me with r1000 this morning? They never have network connection but my bundles are always depleted? I've got a mobile router, it's depleted and I don't understand how because I've got a home router with them, and at work I've got uncapped wifi. Telkom is blindly robbing us! I'm sick and tired of them. Their call center staff is useless and rude! On my husband's account we have tried numerous times to change his account number as the account they debiting from is closed, but to know avail, now we getting charged r200 return debit fees. I will take this matter to icasa because now I'm fed up
