Telkom *****s and *****

Telkom stole my money and ****! These words sound harsh but true, here's how: Unfortunately I missed my September contract installment, so I was expecting a double debit in October. To my suprise, the debit order was R880.55 or even more from what I expected. So I scrutinized my statement, and noticed the following: a migration penalty, rejection fee and add on's I didn't request, all these amounted to almost R900. I immediately lodged a complaint on the 28 October 2016 and I was given a reference number and told i'll be given feedback in less than 14working days. Saturday 19 November 2016 it was more than 14working days, furious and angry I called Telkom. A call centre agent by the name of Sibusiso assisted me, he asked me to wait because the person who's assigned to my case hasn't given feedback yet, and part of the case was referred to their billing department. I didn't accept that and requested to speak to his superior, he put a gentleman by the name of Makhosonke on the line to assist me. Makhosonke as a team leader apologized and acknowledged that the flaw was on their side. According to him, I was not supposed to be charged a migration penalty when upgrading because my contract was already in the 22nd month of the 24 months, further more, the add on's charged were from my previous contract I didn't receive their benefit on the current contract so suprisingly I was charged for what I didn't buy nor receive. He promised that he'll instruct their billing department to credit my account, but I objected and demanded a refund, so he said he'll ensure that I get the refund, follow up on the matter and get back to me by monday the 21 November 2016. Today it's the 23 November 2016, dololo Makhosonke, dololo Telkom with my money, no refund nothing.

Does Telkom understand how much of a setback is +-R900 on ones's monthly budget? Funny enough I am the one who needs to keep calling and running after them but it's their fault and flawed system that took money they were not supposed to take from my account. On top of that, my recent statement reflects that I haven't paid anything so they'll debit more than last month which was inclusive of the amounts i've complained of. Aren't you enough of was you stole from me already? Please pack back my money?

It's not even the 23 November, its the 24 November 2016.
