I have cancelled my service with telkom two months ago because the contract has expired but to my surprise Telkom keeps deducting money from my account regardless the cancellation of services. i have made numerous calls and Telkom keeps making empty promises that they have cancelled my cellphone contract, i'm tired of Telkom lies as they enjoy misrepresenting themselves and *****ing money from the poor.

I therefore want the mobile wifi also cancelled, as i don't want anything to do with telkom and all my family members are tired and are cancelling telkom service.
