Telkom *****’s

Dealing with telkom has been a nightmare and nothing but terrible I cancelled my Adsl line over a year ago due to them charging me for a 10 meg line and only activating a 4 meg line. One year later they still say I owe R3000 . from the moment I cancelled I stop using that adsl line and have made numerous attempts to confirm cancelling the account. telkom are pathetic and they want to keep their clients under contracts that are cancelled I won’t pay them a cent this is terrible from telkom
