Telkom, they can sell, but can’t help

I’ve repeatedly emailed Telkom to try and cancel my contract, which I paid in full and completed the 24 month plan. I’ve received an automated email to say that I have to cancel online, however their website doesn’t pick up my account “an unexpected error occurred while retrieving customer details” is as far as I get on their website, for the last 5 days!!! Telkom makes it so easy to open an account but damn near impossible to close an account. I get no feedback regarding the cancellation of my accounts, yet Telkom has the time to call me and sell more accounts to me that I also can’t afford!!! My financial situation has changed since opening the account and desperately trying to save money where I can. Doesn’t seem that Telkom cares whether people are in financial trouble or not, as long as they can milk you for all you’ve got. *******
