You people are theives. How the hell do you take money from my account without my authorisation? You guys have the audacity to tell me that you cannot cancel my month to month deal (out of contract) over the phone. I told you that the router was ****** yet you refused to cancel this and I have been paying R50 per month for nothing. Now your staff emails me telling me that I owe R300. I went into my bank records and I see that R301 was debited from my account on Feb 15. For what? You guys have a law suit coming. This is trash and I am not putting up with this ****
