hi everyone please be aware as Telkom mobile are ******* they debit your bank account with attorneys that say you owe them money . when you call Telkom after two hours of trying to get hold them they then say no its not them after another two hours of calls I get directed back to Telkom for them to now tell me everyone debited on the 31st of the month was double debited and I must not worry they will reverse it never mind the fact that the bank charges me R30 to reverse the moneys and they have wasted four hours of my time and calls trying to figure out who is actually taking money from my account ! Now comes the best part talking to call centre staff I figure out that the amount I have been paying Telkom is of old price structure and everyone is now getting double the data I get for the past year at the same money ! and tell me I need to go to a shop to migrate to the new structure to receive the data amounts but what about the year that has already passed ?TELKOM how about notifying your customer about new structures to avoid robbing your customers ????
