Telkom their service is extremely disappointing and the **** unsuspecting customers

I am extremely disappointed, absolute disgusted and mostly hurt by the pathetic service I received from Telkom. I started with a 5mbps uncapped when I complained to telkom about their buffering and sometimes disappearing network they increased my bandwidth to 10mbps which I didn't agree to and had to pay for not that it helped it still did the same thing disappear and buffer all the time. I requested to terminate their service because I didn't want it anymore but they said no and kept billing me for a service that I was already not receiving. month to month is a lie don't fall for that ****
