TELKOM **** THEIR CLIENTS😡😡😡

TELKOM IS TERRIBLE AND *****STERS!!!!! I had a contract simcard with Telkom and every month I was invoiced for different amounts which didnt make sense to me why. When I phoned and query it then the consultans have long lame excuses or they drop the the call. Ive went on their Telkom website to cancell my subscription but nothing gets cancelled. I even filled-in a retention form saying they must cancell it but nothing got cancelled. I paid what ever amount I needed to pay and stopped using the simcard. They then send me an invoice written on "Final invoice" with the payable amount R0,82. Still nothing was cancelled. They were quiet didnt send another invoice so I assume the contract was cancelled but then today they deducted a R231,00. I dont even know what to do now.
