telkom + their agents are the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

since 15 January i struggling to get help from telkom, their agents will only tell you that they will lock a dispute!!!!!!!!!!! 35 phone calls ,7 emails, 28 internet conversations!!!!!!!! or they will tell you to pay money, so ive payed 3 times from 15 January till today 8march. ..... you must pay and pay and pay, but nobody from telkom will make the effort to assist you, and resolve your problem. 3 Payments and 27 disputes locked????????????????????????????????
