telkom + their agents are the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

after 25 phone calls and 7 internet conversations and 35 emails sent to telkom. i am still not being helped. all they agents telling you over the phone that they are logging a dispute from 27 January are lying. still today 6 March no dispute logged no response from telkom and nothing resolved, but their are sending emails after emails that you must pay R700 ( paid) then another email R300 (paid) then another email R700 (paid) , i must just keep on paying paying paying, but nobody can help or get the work actually done.......................................i want all my monies back or i actually want some assistance from telkom !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
