Telkom theif

Well how do i start, in the end of september from Telkom i was told that my due amount for october the 1st 2018 was about R840, fair enough i kept R1500 in my bank account for telkom too take off, they did not debit my account, there was over enough money till the 5th of october for them to debit the money, now my account is in arrears, how ****ty, horrible company ever, i own a house and you guys are making my credit score look like ****, u ***** money from people, so unfair and management and customer service dont care, its not my fault u guys did not debit on the 1st, I WANT THIS SORTED AND I WANT MY WIFI ON BECAUSE ITS OFF NOW OR ILL CANCEL MY CONTRACT WITH USE
