Telkom Theft of bandwidth

We pay for 4 meg. As soon as we are not actually on the phone with them they reduce us to 0.1 Meg and ***** the remaining 3.9meg which they have sold to other suckers who they are also cheating. When we phone them and complain they put it back up for a short time and then carry on *****ing it again. They are de*****ing us of a few hundred Rand every month.
