Telkom: theft, ***** and *******ion

I have spent the last 8 months battling to be refunded by Telkom. I lodged a complaint and a dispute. I phoned Telkom, got a reference number and when I phoned Telkom again, Telkom admitted to me that they owe me money. Telkom billing department asked for my email address because they had to send me an email address to which I was supposed to send a copy of my ID and my bank statement to be paid. I never received the email address so Telkom still owes me my money. I still have my reference number and every time I phone them they promise that they will pay me because Telkom admits that they owe me money. But they refuse to send me an email address so that I can send them my banking details. That is theft, ***** and *******ion. Whatever you do, avoid Telkom at all costs.
