Telkom theft

It is with sadness that we have the big business of Telkom's magnitude which *****s from the poorest of the poor. I have never had a contract with Telkom but they started debiting my account,I called them and I was told that I must send through a copy of my ID and an affidavit stating that I have never opened an account with them which I did they stopped debiting for few months and started again. It's so frustrating and this can only happen with the assistance of ******* Telkom employees. I have never had any contract with Telkom how on earth do I from no where start owing them??? No one from Telkom wants to take responsibility at all, who uploaded my details for debit? For what gadget? Who was the sales person at Telkom? How was this gadget delivered to the recipient? What is the gadget in question? Honestly if Telkom is serious about sorting this and arresting one of their own it is as simple as ABC
