Telkom theft

I'm very frustrated about telkom assuming I've got an account with them and I do not have an account they tried to take on November 1700 Rand I reverse the money and on this January tried to take over 3000 I spoke to two different consultants they ask me for a police affidavit proof of residence I send them all but no reply I still got back to me yet according to telkom I've got a tablet and SIM card from them which I never sign for or agree to my bank cannot help me.
