Telkom theft

I wrote a review about how telkom is making me pay for data I did not use and a day later they sent me an email saying that my case is being attended to yet they are still trying to debit the crazy amount of R640. 88 instead of the noal R140. 88. I really do not know what they are trying to do but all I know is as soon as my contract is finished I will move to another network. I hardly run out of the normal 10gigs I get monthly but they claim I used an extra 10gigs in one day on more than two occasions. Please help us put a stop to this telkom theft
