Telkom theft

My Line was suspended a few months ago for non payment, 2 months later I was able to pay R3000 just to find out I owe another R4000. I am being charged for ADSL and line even though it is suspended. I cant even cancel any of the services to help me catch up.. This is pathetic that Telkom can just bill me non stop even under suspension...
