Telkom: The worste service provider in SA

Telkom is probably the most unprofessional, disfunctional company I have ever had to deal with. They call centre is non operational, staff are extremely *********** and managers are always in meetings fixing systems, but nothing works.

I spoke to a supervisor on Thursday, Nomi told be she will ca me back, I am still waiting. I will never recommend anyone to do business with Telkom. I am definitely going to cancel my contract with them.
