TELKOM THE WORST TELECOM COMPANY IN SA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have never been so disappointed with the lack of service and knowledge amongst the Telkom agents.

Specifically (Doctor Mphahlele) ***. this is the sales guy that called me when Fibre was being rolled out in my area. before signing up he called and made sure i trusted him enough to sign with him once the rollout was completed. I signed with him. Every time after that when i had a problem with the poor service (NO INTERNET) from Telkom he would not even return a phone call or follow up on my issue of no internet. I WARN every 1 that is thinking of taking a contract with Telkom to NOT DO IT WITH THIS GUY. he could not even merely set up a debit order on my contract like I signed for in my application.

As for the call center agents they are the worst. Poorly trained and if they dont know how to help you they just drop you.

THE WORST IS WHEN THEY KEEP DEBITTING MY ACCOUNT FOR A SERVICE I CANCELLED IN OCTOBER. 4 MONTHS OF DEBITTING FOR A SERVICE NOT IN USE.

TELKOM HAS TO BE THE WORST TELECOM COMPANY.
