TELKOM THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER TO EVER EXIST

I signed up for 60 GIG with telkom for R359 per month last year 2019, they said it will be 40 Gig day and 20 Gig for night for 24 months.

Since the beginning of July 2020 they have cut of the 20 Gig without any communication yet the monthly deductions remains the same.

I have sent mails asking what is happening but I am constantly ignored, their app is useless I don't know how do they allow people to sign up things they know aren't true.

THEY SIMPLY CARE MORE ABOUT PEOPLE'S MONEY THAN OFFERING A GOOD SERVICE.
