Telkom the worst service provider on this planet.

I called telkom 10.12.2020 to enquire as to moving a fibre connection from one house to another case numbers given ***3 and nothing has been done cancellation and order for new service. Arrived at new house after calls and still no fibre and calling vumatel they have no order from Telkom. All guided by telkom and they did nothing. All people but no faces. Enough now telkom seriosly enough
