Telkom The Worst Service Provider Ever

Hello there,I am Kea and I am 13 years old.I have been using Telkom since 2018 and recently has been giving me and mother problem with the service.My moment had bought 5GB for R79 only for 10 days.It has tendencies of not connecting when she recharges it with her voucher.Yesterday we called Telkom regarding about the problem which both got horrible customer service when the consultant hang up the phone on us.Now If I Recharged R20 and have left over Airtime the next day I will get a message saying that I have less than R5 Airtime when I did not call anyone the previous day which it has happened on numerous occasions and I don't like that.Telkom,My mom and I are very disappointed in your service that you have been giving us and your High Data Bundle prices.
