Telkom the worst service provider ever

I have complained about Telkom changing my speed on the fibre line to 10MBPS without my permission in December. They keep charging me and now they went and changed my contract again from free calls to telkom evening weekender plan. This is unacceptable behaviour. They have no regard for their clients and ignores any complaints lodged.
