TELKOM: the worst service provider EVER!

Telkom is the worst service provider I have ever come across. EVER! We have not had cell phone connectivity for months. Regardless of countless calls; in store visits; trying to access the online portal etc., we have not been debited for May and June. We even went in store to do a manual payment and they could not do it as they expected the debit to go off the following week and it would be a double payment. I am so frustrated: I cannot make calls; I cannot text; I cannot whatsapp. This is dangerous and unnecessary.
