TELKOM - THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER!

I did not even want to give one star. I have been without wifi for 5 days. Not even a week after my monthly premium was deducted, Telkom suspended my account due to an "outstanding premium". The outstanding premium is the next months premium! no notification, nothing! I spoke to 8 agents. Not one of them are fit for their role. I made the ridiculous payment immediately which was 3 days ago. I am emailing and calling every contact detail I find. I want my money back and I will never suggest Telkom to anyone.
