Telkom the worst service provider by far.

Tekom is a nightmare to do business with or to get any service from them. We are struggling since May 2018 to get a line transfered from one premises to another and to upgrade my current package to one with adsl, after all this time and struggling and numerous phonecalls, my line was installed 3 weeks ago, after another numerous calls to try and get the adsl package at home up and running, telkom keeps telling me that the new package order went through and that they will send me via sms my username and password , that's what they keep saying for 3 weeks now and I am still waiting. Telkom is the worst service provider I have ever done business with, you can't complain about the service because they do not give any service, horrible company to do business with, even after numerous visits in their useless branches where none of their useless personnel could help us either,.
