TELKOM THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDED

I cancelled our telkom internet on 7 January 2020 as has not been working for 3 months.Now after many phone calls and many references and promises my telkom internet line is STILL NOT moved into the wholesale holding line as they said it was done. TELKOM HAS NOT CUSTOMER CARE AND ONLY EMPTY PROMISES!!!!! Will not recommend telkom internet to anyone.
