Telkom the worst service proved ever!!! Stay away

My husband had a contract with Telkom, 10g data simcard for R99. We cancelled for the end of November, they cancelled but all the data disappeared. We called today and spoke to Ditoro and she gave us the cancelation ***. But she said it is the way they do things, months of data just disappeared.
