Telkom the worst service EVER!

Telkom's service is the poorest you can possibly get. They only focus on sales and have the worst customer service. You have to wait ages for your phone (home use) and then another year for your sim. My dad has paid 3 years for services that have been cancelled. Yesterday the email we used was cancelled nobody told us this. We had to phone countless times just to be sent back and forth. The wifi we bought recently is off half of the month. I'm so sick and tired of having to deal with Telkom. I'm utterly disappointed. They just don't care. Maybe the *******ion should be investigated in this company. Every time you phone them they cam hardly help you. Going in to the store does not help either because they tell you to phone. You have to wait very long in any store's queue. I would not recommend Telkom to anybody.
