Telkom the worst service ever

We have a Telkom adsl line and upgraded to a uncapped lte line a month ago. The router and sim was deliverd and we were tild that the line woyld be activ within 24 to 48 hours. It is now almost a week later and just phoned Teljom and was tild that its gona take another 72 hours cause they have to log a activation request. How the hel can it take them 2 weeks ti just activate a simcard. This is niw the most useless service in my life. Well done telkom ur becoming a disgrace and hope al at telkom wil close ther acc and move on to beter services.
