Telkom the worst service ever

<p>I have been having problems with my telkom Adsl line for a while now. Everytime I log a call and after about 5 days of not having service, a technitian will "fix" the problem. The problem is the line from the junction box to my house is damaged. So the technitian said he wil bring a cable so that I can pull it through to my house. After a month...... Still nothing and I am sitting with a faulty line. I then logged several additional calls, to no avail. I have even spoken to the most useless supervisor, whom made all sorts of prommises to find out the problem an give ma call as soon as he get answers, I am still waiting for that call. Telkom is the company who is the king of unacountability and has absolutely no trust from their clients. Such a pity they are the only land line provider.... Or I would have been long gone.</p>
