TELKOM The worst service and product company
<p>I havea 81 year old mother. Telkom had a prepaid service and change it to the vaja vaja the worst service ever. Her phone is deadjust over a year. The HUAWEI product just died a couple of days after the year warranty service expired.</p> <p> </p> <p>Went to the Telkom store at Kollonade retil park this morning and the person tried every trick in thye book not to help us. They dont have replacement phones. We have now to par R400 to buy a new one. What an amount for a pensioner for which het phone is the only contact with the outside world.</p> <p> </p> <p>No wonder TELKOM is a company that doesnt deserve their dominance in the market *********** clients .</p> <p> </p> <p>Well done TELKOM i will move all my business away and will actively campaign with all of my friends and clients to do the same</p>
