Telkom the worst service

Actually no star- the following people did not get back to us in over three months to assist us at our home/office to rewire telkom lines only - to date we still wait for assistance *** (we did phone but Telkom provide us with this e-mail address due to our 4 lines-; ***;***;***;***- Pillay and jason requested more info we responded since then over a month past on both these emails and nothing no assistance nothing
