Telkom the WORST service

I got a new contrac phone,1month later the S pen did not respond.Gave the phone in and a week later lockdown started,atleast 2 and a half months later,3 debit oders,and i still dont have my phone,communication is pathetic.Heard 23 april last from them that they are waiting for spares after i have battled for weeks for feedback.The facebook careline even got sarcastic with me.I dont understand whats so difficult in communicating with a paying customer.The worst thing is,there is absolutely no way of contacting them
