Telkom the worst network provider out there

I am a telkom customer for the last 5 years.. I had paid telkom on the 25th of September and they still haven't allocated my payment on their systems, ive phone to the call.center probably 10times all of the consultants say going to escalate it and nothing happens.. it is now the 03/10/2018 and nothing has been resolved and today I wanted to speak to the manager and he/she just ignores my request this is the email address of the manager apparently on site ********** they had also said they going to back to me and no.one does... so this service is unacceptable and pathetic as a customer I will cancel all my numbers with telkom as they are by far the worst service provider ive come across... another think is when you call to telkoms call center you wait 20mins for a consultant to get to you, tht is ridiculous...
