Telkom the worst network provider

I’ve had a Telkom contract about 8 years ago, it was the worst experience ever. I’ve decided to give them another chance as they have developed and progressed. I took out a contractor with them online and they captured my bank account number incorrectly. I called them twice to ask what’s going on and they couldn’t explain and said it shows pay on their side. Today, I get a lawyers SMS for the 2 months amount. Its Telkoms mistake but now I must pay lawyers. Telkom really needs to up their game, I wont ever use their service again.
