Telkom the worst mobile service provider whose robbing me blind

Good day I am having the worst time with Telkom, I took out a contract in 2017 for an iPhone X , about two weeks after the warranty ends my phone stopped working was not dropped or damage in anyway just stoped working , they refused to help fix it even though I have been a loyal customer for years , second thing , been trying to cancel a contract for two years and they also refusing to cancel my contract ,the contract expired years ago at this point in time with regards to my phone that’s not working I am paying for something that doesn’t work , thirdly and most important, they randomly go into my bank account and try to debit me at any time of the month even when my account is up to date , I think this is ******* and should not be allowed . My hands are tied and they are abusing there rights as service providers. Nobody is able to help you when you go into there stores it’s actually pathetic..
