Telkom the worst ISP in the world. Don't use them.

It is without fail that this is the worst ISP in the world that I have ever experienced. Firstly they try to take advantage of people that don't have much knowledge of how to access the internet and what is best to use. There is a sense of *****, where they approached my family that they are no longer supporting land line and that they must switch over to LTE internet(because they aren't replacing cables anymore), for the same price. What bs, there's no way that this is even close to being better, quite the opposite. What is meant to be a 10Mbps line is now hardly even a 2Mbps ****, and dependant on the weather you sometimes don't even get internet at all. Looking at prices now for the same price we should be getting 20Mbps! It's disgusting. I've recommended that my family switched ISPs. Shame on you Telkom.
