telkom the worst ISP in the country of south Africa

all i asked was fornmy line to be relocated on the 1st of August but instead telkom removes my account completely then trys to issue me a new account proceeds to bill me for a service i cannot use this is extremely unfair considering that its their fault that their stuff is not properly trained and can barely speak English this company has a horrible reputation and now i see why i demand this get fixed at once or i will sue this company for incorrect advertising as well as billing me for something i dont have !
