Telkom the worst isp ever

<p>Dear mr telkom</p> <p> </p> <p>Please get your facts straight... i am currently running a 4mbps adsl uncapped line and i have never reached 4mbps only 2mbps ... since i encountered this problem i have had near to 20 technicians and each one has a different story the one says im too far away from the exchange but my line syncs on 4.6mbps the other one says i have a 2mbps account on a 4mbps line then the next says my lines are old so telkom what is the damn problem or should i rather move over to MWEB where i can actually get some help</p>
