Telkom the WORST ISP

SOUTH AFRICA we are being abused by companies like TELKOM & ESKOM who control their industries because they hold the monopoly and receiving support & bailouts from a BAD government system. I'm probably a SUCKER for punishment and abuse by TELKOM. I've been GIVING my business to Telkom for many years. At one stage I've cancelled a cellphone contract and paid enormous charges which is fine. I live in a area that is rated by Telkom as a great coverage area. The consultants assured me that coverage availability is of the BEST but every every every week I'm having trouble with coverage & connection. I go almost every Saturday to Telkom walk-in & service centers then technicians look at my router troubleshooting it and never find anything wrong in my area as far as network or coverage availability; no connection problems on their end and no problem with the router/device. I'm a part time student who needs internet to study BUT I ALWAYS have Telkom internet ISSUES. Their call Centre staff service is awful and the worse in the country; sadly their own staff testify and agree to this. THE ONLY THING THAT IS A WELL DONE AT TELKOM IS THEIR "***********" BILLING SYSTEM!!! I HATE TELKOM I HOPE AND PRAY THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS VERY VERY VERY SOON! I'm a paying customer; if you missed one payment then Telkom call you like you've committed a ******** offense against them and they quick to list you as a BAD payer on ITC. This not RIGHT they can do whatever they want to and provide BAD service and get away with it. Not fair! Not fair! Not fair! Eskom does the same. Hence I previously mentioned about these big companies who control the monopoly... I'm disgusted with Telkom!!!
